This role was to find a newjoiner to cover a part of treasury funding process as a result of oranizational expansion. The interview consisted of 2 part 30 mins for per part. The first half was an interview with a VP who owns almost 10 year experience of liqudity funding.while the second half was interview with Hiring manager at his 40s with background in bond sales as his early years of his career.
