網申之后，視頻面試，共十二題，其中有一題是才藝表演，其他11題有口答題也有筆試題，口答題有1-2分鐘準備時間，2-3分鐘說話時間，筆試題不限時

首先是HR電話聊了一下為什么想要跳槽，對職位薪資有什么期待，有沒有onq的使用經驗。
然后約了FOM視頻遠程面試。首先用英語自我介紹，然后提問了幾個職位要求的問題，還有情景處理，客訴解決方法等。
因為是異地，所以沒有和HM面試，入職后聽說同職級小伙伴們還都和HM面了一遍O(∩_∩)O哈哈~。

1.用英語做簡單自我介紹。
2.英語模擬了幾個常見前臺問題。中文詢問了關于客訴解決方法的問題。
3.會不會使用onq，學習能力和適應能力如何。
