I applied online, and got referral from my friend who is working at JLL. I applied late December in 2018, and receive the first online interview in February 2019. The wait time was quiet long, but it is understandable since its a trainee program. There are total five questions, and they are very easy. One of the questions asked your personal perspective in real estate industry, others are not related to the field however the answers you give can illustrate what kind of person you are.

面試很正規(guī)，hr很專(zhuān)業(yè)，三輪面試兩輪筆試，都是常規(guī)問(wèn)題，難度中等，但需要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，簡(jiǎn)歷問(wèn)的很細(xì)，fit很重要
